1. Fees
   
   • Full Time
     
     • 5 days(over 5 hours a day)
       
       • $120.00 per week
         
   • Part Time
     
     • 1-5 days (under 5 hours a day)
       
       • $5.00 per hour
         
     • 1-4 days (over 5 hours a day)
       
       • $24.00 per day
         
2. Child Needs
   
   • Extra set of clothing
     
   • Dressed properly for outside weather
     
   • Blanket
     
   • Diapers (if appropriate)
     
   • Wipes (if appropriate)
     
   • Infant formula and food (if appropriate)
     
3. Sick Child
   
   • Your child will be sent home if they have the following symptoms:
     
   • Fever over 100 degrees (taken under the arm)
     
   • Vomiting
     
   • Diarrhea
     
   • Suspicious rash
